Hillpointe Appoints Chip Wooten, Senior Vice President Debt Capital markets & Asset Sales

Its recognition as a leader in the multifamily sector has attracted top talent to its executive team, including the recent appointment of Chip Wooten as Senior Vice President of Debt Capital Markets and Asset Sales at Hillpointe. In this role, Chip will be responsible for portfolio management, debt origination, and asset sales for the rapidly growing Hillpointe portfolio.

Chip’s background combines more than 17 years of capital markets experience through investment consulting and brokerage, with a focus on sourcing, structuring, and marketing a variety of investment property transactions in addition to evaluating potential developments for feasibility.

Prior to joining Hillpointe, Chip was a First Vice President with CBRE in their Institutional Multifamily Group and has represented owners in the disposition of more than $2.5 billion of real estate. Before CBRE, Chip began his career as a research analyst and transitioned to business development while working for two large institutional investment consulting firms. Chip is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
