In this role, Jamie will lead the development team for Hillpointe’s Pointe Grande for-rent and for-sale communities.

Jamie is a highly accomplished, results-driven senior executive with over 20 years of experience leading the development/re-development process across numerous sectors of the commercial real estate and construction industry. Throughout his career, he has led the development/re-development of approximately 7 million square feet of construction, totaling $2 billion in total development costs.
Before joining Hillpointe, Jamie was the Senior Managing Director for Waypoint Residential, which has developed/acquired over 35,000 multifamily units nationwide at a total capitalization of approximately $6 billion. He was responsible for overseeing the execution of ground-up development of multi-family projects throughout the United States, with a specific focus on projects located throughout Florida. Jamie has also served as a lead executive for several prominent national and local developers, most notably serving as Executive Vice-President of Development of LXR, an affiliate of The Blackstone Group, where he led the development efforts of luxury residential projects across the United States.
Jamie holds an MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver. He has been an active member of the Urban Land Institute and has served on its national and regional product councils since 2008. Jamie served as the Chair of the Multi-Family Development Council for Florida and the Caribbean from 2018-2020.
