August 29, 2024 – Winter Park, FL – Hillpointe, LLC a fully integrated real estate development company specializing in developing, constructing, and managing attainable multifamily housing throughout the Sun Belt recently announced the appointment of Will Bohn, CFA, as Managing Director, Asset Management.
In this key leadership role, Will brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the management of high-value assets, further strengthening Hillpointe’s position in the multifamily housing sector.
Will joins Hillpointe with over nine years of experience in both the public and private real estate sectors, with a distinguished track record of guiding corporate strategy, revenue management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. His appointment underscores Hillpointe’s commitment to continued growth and delivering value to its investors and stakeholders.

Before joining Hillpointe, Will served as Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Simply Self Storage, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s significant growth and successful $2.2 billion sale of the portfolio to Public Storage in 2023. His leadership was critical in delivering exceptional returns for shareholders during this transaction.
Will began his career in the self-storage industry with National Storage Affiliates, a public REIT, where he held various roles, focusing on Data Science, Revenue Management, and Acquisitions. During his tenure, he contributed to over $2.5 billion in property acquisitions, while establishing himself as a leader in the industry.
Will is a CFA charter holder and holds both a Master of Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Legal Studies from Tulane University. His robust educational background and professional experience make him an ideal fit for Hillpointe as it continues to expand its real estate portfolio.
