Hillpointe Celebrates Grand Opening of Pointe Grand Pensacola in Florida
Hillpointe announced the grand opening of Pointe Grand Pensacola in August 2026: a 228-home attainable community at 8651 Airway Drive in Pensacola, Florida.
It is Hillpointe's first community in Pensacola and part of its growth in high-demand markets where housing supply has not kept pace.
