October 7, 2024 – Winter Park, FL – Recently, J Turner Research recognized three of Hillpointe’s Pointe Grand communities in its Rising 1K Online Reputation Assessment (ORA®)) Power Ranking. Introduced in 2023, this ranking honors and celebrates multifamily properties that have made the most significant improvements in their online reputation, as reflected in their ORA®) scores from January to July of the respective year. The 1,075 properties on the 2024 list have improved their ORA®) score by a minimum of 13 points.
The ORA® Score, unique to the multifamily industry, is the only inclusive reputation score that monitors ratings for any community that receives an online review. The ORA® Score determines the community’s overall online reputation performance and begins the process of understanding how residents and prospects feel about the community. ORA®) is no longer just an industry score, many residents are now using it to choose their next multifamily community.
The three Pointe Grand communities that were part of the Rising 1K ORA® Power Ranking are:
