Hillpointe Joins Hiring Our Heroes as Corporate Sponsor to Support Veteran and Military Family Employment
Hillpointe announced on May 22, 2026, that it has joined Hiring Our Heroes as a corporate sponsor, supporting career paths for transitioning service members, veterans and military spouses in the communities where it develops and operates.
Hiring Our Heroes, a national initiative of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, has helped more than one million military-connected people find work since its founding in 2011.
"This partnership is about connecting opportunity with proximity. Many of our communities are located near military installations, and we see firsthand the value that veterans and military spouses bring to the workforce."
Why it fits
As of May 2026, 22 Hillpointe communities are within 20 miles of a military installation. Through the partnership, Hillpointe will gain access to Hiring Our Heroes' national talent network of more than 270,000 candidates, its hiring events and its workforce development programs.
Hillpointe Helps
The partnership is part of Hillpointe Helps, the company's community impact platform, launched in 2023, which pairs Hillpointe's growth with local engagement in each market it serves.
