3 min readBy Stephanie Cox

Hillpointe started construction on August 12, 2026, on its first two developments in Kentucky: Pointe Grand Citation at Lexington and Pointe Grand Rose at Nicholasville.

Together the communities will bring 868 attainable homes to the greater Lexington region, each as part of a larger master-planned development.

"Entering Kentucky marks an exciting milestone for Hillpointe as we continue delivering high-quality attainable housing in communities where it's needed most. Pointe Grand Citation and Pointe Grand Rose represent the beginning of our long-term investment in the Commonwealth, and we're proud to help expand housing opportunities across the Lexington region."
