Hundreds of 'attainable housing' units planned in south Reno

The Spectrum covered Hillpointe's plans for Pointe Grand Cape at Southport in October 2026: 268 apartments and 90 built-to-rent townhomes on a 32.5-acre site in South Reno.

The community is Hillpointe's first in Nevada. Site work is set to begin in late 2026, with completion expected in April 2028.
