Hillpointe Expands Tennessee Presence, Breaks Ground on 300-Home Community in Maryville
Hillpointe broke ground on October 27, 2026, on Pointe Grand Foothills at Maryville, a 300-home attainable community at 222 Big Springs Road in Maryville, Tennessee, just south of Knoxville in Blount County.
It is Hillpointe's third development in Tennessee, with Pointe Grand Whites Creek at Nashville and Pointe Grand Valley at Oak Ridge underway.

The community
Pointe Grand Foothills at Maryville will have nine residential buildings on an approximately 26-acre site, with 300 two-bedroom, two-bathroom homes featuring open-concept layouts, modern finishes and smart home technology. Six detached garage buildings will add 60 parking bays.
Amenities will include a fitness and wellness center with a sauna, Peloton bikes and a stair machine, a resort-style pool with cabanas, a clubhouse with a coffee bar, conference room and business center, a dog park, a pet spa and an outdoor fire pit.
Location
Maryville and the greater Knoxville region continue to see strong residential, population and economic growth. The community sits near major Blount County employers, including DENSO Manufacturing, Clayton Homes, Blount Memorial Hospital, Arconic, McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base and the Blount County and Maryville City public schools.
Completion is projected for late 2027.
